Although no previous canyoning experience is required, it is advisable to have a certain level of fitness and to have practised abseiling before, as you will find abseils from 20 to 30 metres high in the Llano Frío canyon. Our instructors will be on hand to guide you through every step and overcome any difficulties. The meeting point will be in La Laguna, and we require a minimum group of 5 people and a maximum of 8. The level of difficulty is basic-medium, so it is recommended to have some experience in canyoning. The meeting point will be at the Caletillas car park in Candelaria at 9:30 am. The Barranco de los Carrizales canyon is located in the Teno Rural Park, in Buenavista del Norte, Tenerife. It is a water canyon of medium level on the descent and high level on the return. It takes about 7 hours to complete. It offers abseiling, jumps, water pools and slides, making it an exciting and physically demanding experience. The canyon is surrounded by impressive basalt walls over 400 metres high. The trail is of high difficulty, with steep slopes and is not suitable for people with vertigo.

The Barranco El Río Superior, also known as Las Ñameras, is located in the Rural Park of Anaga, Tenerife. It is a medium-difficulty canyon that can be done both dry and with water during the rainy season. The estimated duration of the descent is approximately 4 hours. The canyon has a beautiful riverbed surrounded by laurel forest and offers several rappels, including a 20-metre and a 50-metre rappel. In rainy seasons, there may be waterfalls and small pools.

It is located in Guía de Isora, Tenerife. It is a canyon of low difficulty, with an approximate duration of 3 hours. The ravine has a wide bed with a continuous chaos of rocks and six spaced rappels. Highlights include the Fuente de Guía Gallery, the Guaria climbing area and the presence of a specimen of Drago tree next to Pinos Canarios. It is recommended to do the descent with experienced guides and to have the necessary equipment.

It has an impressive vertical drop formed by the accumulation of volcanic ash, which reaches a height of approximately 45 metres. It also has the additional attraction of the Arco del Jurado, a natural basalt arch from which you can make a flying abseil. The estimated time to complete the descent is approximately 6 hours.

It has beautiful abseils and its course runs through Canary Island pine forest and endemic flora, offering beautiful panoramic views. In addition, during the descent we pass along an old path that leads to the recreational area, adding a historical touch to the experience. The estimated time to complete the canyon is approximately 5 hours.

During the descent there is a jump of approximately 15 metres in height, as well as several smaller jumps and adventures that add to the fun and excitement of the experience. The estimated time to complete the canyon is approximately 3 hours.

The ravine is of medium difficulty and its duration is variable. The access from La Vica to the head of the ravine is approximately 1.2 km, and the descent takes between 1.30 and 2 hours. The escape to the road takes about 15 minutes. Some points of interest are the Mirador de Hilda and the Galería Madre del Agua. Canyoning equipment is necessary, including 60 m and 30 m ropes. The anchorages are usually in good condition. The canyon is located within the Teno Rural Park and it is recommended to request authorisation from the Cabildo of Tenerife.

The Llano Frío ravine in Anaga, Tenerife, offers a short circular descent with relatively easy jumps. Surrounded by lush vegetation and shrouded in mist, this place has a special charm. In general, the ravine is considered to be of little difficulty, but caution should be exercised in slippery sections. In the rainy season, it becomes more technical and impressive.
